We have partnered with some of the industries best transportation teams to get your merchandise to you in any of our 50 states. Together our goal is to deliver to you safely, quickly and professionaly.
STANDARD THESHOLD DELIVERY:
Delivery to driveway, curbside, front step, front door or inside garage. Two delivery personnel always provided. Delivery equipment includes lift gate-equipped truck, pallet jack, and hand truck and two personnel. Because of the lift gate restrictions on straight trucks, the weight of each pallet cannot exceed 1,500 pounds. Does not include uncrating, unpacking, de-skidding, placement, debris removal, or set-up services. THIS SERVICE IS FREE WITH PURCHASE OVER $999.00
PREMIER INSIDE DELIVERY:
Inside delivery to a room of choice. Includes 30 minutes of service for de-skidding, placement and debris removal to an off-site receptacle. Two delivery personnel always provided. Delivery equipment includes lift gate-equipped truck, pallet jack, and hand truck and two personnel. Weight of the individual piece cannot exceed 500 pounds or will require additional personnel and an additional charge
PREMIER PLUS INSIDE DELIVERY:
In addition to the services included with Premiere inside delivery, Premiere Plus gives you access to additional time and personnel for greater flexibility. Additional wait time or labor Deliveries up or down multiple flights of stairs. Light set up
HOME ACCESSORIES DELIVERY:
This is for non-furniture items only that are able to ship standard UPS delivery. Some living room chairs, ottomans, and tables may fall into this category.
Refund, Returns and Cancellations:
Our 100% Customer Satisfaction Gaurantee means that we are committed to our customers by consistently giving our best service.
All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing order. There is a 3% cancellation fee. Authorized Refunds will be for the full purchase price of the item without any restocking charge. Shipping cost is not refundable.
All return items must be in its original, new condition, original packaging and prior authorization must be obtained by phone or email. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
To help us serve you well, our customer should inspect all merchandise before signing for delivery. If item is damaged or suspected to be damanged, Customer should call HFD Interiors immediately. Customer may choose to accept or refuse delivery of damaged items. Customer should note all damages on delivery driver's receipt, get a copy of delivery receipt and get driver information. This will be helpful in the efficiency of the customer service process.
In the event that all the above steps by our customers, damaged items will be quickly replaced or customer will receive proper credit.
